Information
Local chapters of Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society represent the exciting cornerstone of our member experience! Chapters celebrate the achievements of first-year students and offer hands-on leadership, service, and networking opportunities. Through dynamic programming and supportive communities, chapters can foster meaningful connections among our members.

Chapter Resources
The National Headquarters staff is committed to helping our local chapters and their leadership with what they need to be successful. From governing documents to best practices and templates, chapters can visit our Chapter Resources page for links to tools to help their chapters operate at the highest level.
starting a New chapter
Interested in Phi Eta Sigma, but your campus does not currently have an active chapter? The National Headquarters staff is here to help you get the process started. Chartering or reactivating a chapter does not have to be an overwhelming process for students, but it can be a rewarding one where student leaders can provide a meaningful experience for students on their campus for years to come!

Students who assist in starting a new chapter (or reactivating one) also gain significant leadership experience and organization and communication skills. This is experience can also lead to Phi Eta Sigma scholarships, grants, and awards.
Regional chapters
Students who qualify for membership in Phi Eta Sigma, but who do not attend a campus with an active chapter can now apply for membership into one of our six regional chapters. Our Regional Chapters operate exactly like our active campus chapters with chapter officers, advisors, and programming. The only difference is that the chapter is comprised of students who attend different colleges and universities within a geographical region.
